  1. Choose Your Spectrum

    Jean-Charles Boisset collaborates with our winemakers and our Boisset sommelier to curate each of our seasonal shipments in three variations: Full Spectrum covering all wine styles, Red Spectrum of only red wines and White Spectrum featuring white, sparkling and rosé wines.

  2. Customize Your Order

    Members are invited to customize each quarterly shipment in advance, with the option of replacing any of the pre-selected wines with wines of their own choosing! Browse our extensive portfolio to make your choices from within your Wine Society membership portal.

  3. Savor Your Wines

    Members enjoy receiving their wines sent directly from our wineries to their door, with the added benefit of Member savings on our nationwide flat-rate shipping. Boisset Wine Society is our most flexible membership option, allowing members to get a taste of our family-owned collection of more than 25 historical wineries in France and California rooted in the world’s most prestigious terroirs and focusing on fine wines.

Club Choices

Full Spectrum

Our Full Spectrum club gives members a choice of three, six, or 12 bottles of a seasonal mix of all wine styles from the Boisset Collection portfolio four times per year. Unlike traditional wine clubs, the Wine Society offers access to an array of California and French wines from the entire portfolio as well as the option to fully customize your selections.

Red Spectrum

Our Red Spectrum offers the same benefits of access to our portfolio and customization as the Full Spectrum club, but is designed for club members who prefer only red wines, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, and others.

White Spectrum

Finally, our White Spectrum club gives members the options of receiving only white wines from the Boisset portfolio, from Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc to Sonoma Pinot Gris to French Chardonnay.

FAQs

Is there a fee to join?

There are no fees to join nor costs associated with being a member outside of your recurring shipments.

How do I contact my Advisor?

Your Advisor is your very own personal wine concierge and is available to assist you at all times. Simply log into your account and click on Contact My Advisor. If you do not have an Advisor please Contact Us and our team will be happy to assist you.

How do I update my account or membership preferences?

Simply log into your account and select the My Memberships Tab to EDIT and make changes to your billing and shipping address, including email and phone numbers. Here you can also make changes to your wine style, size of shipment and frequency, and customize your wine selections.

Can I change the shipment date when I am traveling?

Prior to your order being processed you can change the date of shipment in your account under your My Memberships tab.

The weather seems really extreme. What do I do?

When temperatures are under 45 degrees or over 85 degrees Boisset offers Temperature Controlled shipping to the mid-west and east coast. Simply select this option from your My Memberships Tab on your account and change the Shipping preferences to help ensure your wine delivers safe and sound and ready to drink. Also in the hot summer months a Cool Pack can be added to your wine order for a nominal fee.

How do I skip my next shipment?

You can skip a single shipment up to two (2) times per year; you just cannot skip two consecutive shipments. Simply log into your account, select the My Memberships tab, click Edit Membership, and then Skip Next Shipment.

What should I do if I am experiencing delivery issues?

We don’t want you to miss these incredible wines so we recommend shipping to a business address. Someone who is 21 or older does need to sign for the shipment. If you have missed a delivery or your order is being returned for missed shipments please contact us. Our Customer Care team will be happy to assist.

How do I update my credit card information?

To enter or edit credit card information, log into your account and select the My Memberships tab. Click EDIT in the Payment section of your WIne Society membership to add a new card or edit an existing card.

How will I know that my order has processed or shipped?

You will receive an automatic order confirmation email with order number and order detail once your order is processed. You will also receive a second email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

I would like to return or exchange my wine. Can I do that?

All of our wines are backed with a 100% guarantee that you will be delighted with your selections. However should you not agree, please Contact Us with your comments. We want you to be satisfied, and in most cases we can send a replacement or issue a refund within 48 hours.

I would like to cancel my membership. How do I do that?

Although we don’t want to see you go, we do understand that circumstances change. We do require that you receive at least two shipments before you are eligible to cancel your membership. Simply log into your account, select the My Memberships tab, click on EDIT,  then select Cancel Membership. You can also skip a shipment if you just need a break as another option to cancelling.  You will receive a membership cancellation confirmation email, and know that you are welcome to join us again at any time!
